Simply add $10 postpaid for each Karlophone "Press..." CD ($14 Can + Mex; $16 other foriegn); and add $12 postpaid for each Karlophone "I Must Find..." CD ($15 Can + Mex; $18 other foriegn). These CDs will then ship with your order of vinyl/SFS cds. Organic Mechanic CDs are ONLY available thru CDBaby.com, so if you want one of those, it has tobe ordered seperately no matter what. Payment methods accepted: Method #1: Paypal. You may also order via Paypal, the popular secure online payment method. Send payment to karlophone (at) karlophone.com click here to go to PayPal.. If you don't have a Paypal account (required), you only need to sign up for one. It only takes a minute, and is very simple and completely secure. Once you are signed in, you simply need to transfer the correct payment amount to this account: karlophone (at) karlophone.com. Once you are at the Paypal page, there is a form where you insert your shipping address and required info. Method #2: Regular Mail Order: Please ONLY send bank cashiers check, money order, postal money order, or well concealed cash (at your own risk). NO personal checks! Make payment out to "Karl Koch".
